From the front lines of patrol to leading specialized tactical units, his experience runs deep in both operational command and advanced instruction. A veteran SWAT Team Leader and supervisory officer, Tim has spent years mastering and teaching the principles of tactical movement, weapons proficiency, and team coordination under pressure. His role as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor has allowed him to shape the next generation of officers and operators, instilling the same commitment to excellence that defines his own career. Beyond the badge, Tim is an avid outdoorsman and dedicated coyote tracker and neutralizer—skills honed through patience, precision, and respect for the environment. Whether on the range or in the field, he approaches every mission with focus, integrity, and purpose.
